Account manager interview questions

Account managers keep customers and grow them. In a first round you want to hear how they build trust, how they spot a customer at risk, and how they handle the conversations nobody enjoys: a price rise, a missed promise, a renewal in doubt.

10 questions for a account manager first round

Pick three to five that fit your role, rather than all ten: a short first round gets more finished interviews. All ten together take about 24 minutes to record. The time limits suit a one-way video interview, where each answer is recorded once.
