Features
Everything the screening round needs, and nothing it does not
AsyncView is not an applicant tracking system and does not pretend to be. It handles one job well: getting a long list down to a shortlist without spending your team's calendar to do it.
Designing the interview
Question templates
Save a question set once and import it into any interview. Templates carry their own time limits and attempt counts, and you can edit the imported copy for a specific role without changing the original.
A clock per question
Every question gets its own answer length. Short warm-ups stay short; the question that actually separates candidates gets the room it needs.
Attempts you control
Decide per question how many takes a candidate gets. Allow a couple where nerves would otherwise distort the answer, or hold it to one where the first response is the point.
Interviews grouped by job
Every interview belongs to a job record, so a role's candidates stay together and you can see how a pipeline is moving without a spreadsheet.
Inviting candidates
Email invitations with a private link
Each candidate gets their own link. No account to create, no password to remember, no meeting to accept.
An expiry date, not a time slot
You set the date the interview closes rather than a moment both parties must attend. Candidates fit it around work; you still keep a deadline.
Any device, any time zone
The interview runs in a normal browser on a laptop or a phone. Someone eight hours ahead is no harder to screen than someone down the road.
Reviewing and deciding
Panel review on identical evidence
Everyone watches the same recordings against the same questions. Nobody has to relay what was said on a call they alone attended.
Status at a glance
A dashboard tracks what has been sent, started, completed or expired, so you know who to chase without opening every record.
Role-based access
Admins and hiring managers see what they should. Recordings stay inside your company account rather than in an inbox or a shared drive.
Use cases
Where async screening earns its keep
The pattern is always the same: more candidates than interviewer hours, or calendars that will not meet.
High-volume hiring
When a posting draws hundreds of applicants, the constraint is interviewer hours. Recorded answers turn a week of calls into an afternoon of reviewing.
Remote and global roles
Hiring across time zones normally means someone takes a call at an unreasonable hour. Async removes the overlap requirement entirely.
Campus recruiting
Students are in lectures when your team is at their desks. Let them record between classes instead of missing a slot.
Seasonal hiring
Peak seasons need a lot of people quickly, then nothing for months. Credits refresh monthly, so you scale up and back down without renegotiating.
Try it on one real role
Five interview credits, free, with every feature switched on.
