From job opening to shortlist, without a shared calendar
The whole round is asynchronous. You spend your time on the questions and the answers, not on arranging a moment when everybody is free.
- 01
Set up the job and its questions
Create the job, then build the question set for it — or import a template you have used before. Each question carries the answer length you allow and how many takes a candidate gets. Five well-chosen questions usually tell you more than a thirty-minute call.
- 02
Invite the candidates
Add candidates by name and email and send the invitations. Every candidate receives a private link with the closing date you set. Nobody has to create an account, download anything, or accept a meeting.
- 03
Candidates record when it suits them
The interview opens in the browser. Candidates see one question at a time, get a short countdown before recording starts, and — where you allow it — can re-record until they are happy. Evenings, early mornings and other continents all work.
- 04
Your panel reviews the answers
Completed interviews land in your dashboard grouped by candidate and question. The whole hiring team watches the same answers, skips to the question that matters, and decides on identical evidence.
- 05
Shortlist and move on
Take the candidates worth a real conversation into your live rounds. The ones who were never a fit cost you a few minutes of watching rather than a booked half-hour each.
What the candidate sees
One question on screen, a countdown before recording starts, the time limit for this answer and how many attempts remain. Nothing else to work out.
What your team sees
Every answer against the question that prompted it, so reviewers can jump to what matters and compare candidates on the same ground.
Walk one role through it, free
Five interview credits with no card, so you can judge it on your own hiring rather than on a demo.
