One candidate answering one set of questions. Inviting ten candidates to the same role uses ten interviews, however many questions each one has. On paid plans the allowance resets at the start of each billing month; on the Free plan it's a one-off total.
How much does a one-way video interview cost?
About 48 cents each on Starter and 41 cents each on Business. $19 for 40 interviews a month, or $49 for 120 interviews a month. There are no per-seat fees, so adding reviewers never changes the price.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Nothing is lost. Everything you've created stays available and your team can keep reviewing. To invite more candidates, move up a plan from your billing settings, or wait for your next billing month on a paid plan.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: 5 real interviews, no card. You get every feature, not a cut-down version, so you can run a genuine first round with real candidates before deciding whether to pay.
How does billing work?
Monthly, cancel any time. Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which accepts cards, PayPal and local payment methods and emails your invoice.
Are taxes included?
No, tax is added at checkout where it applies. VAT, GST or sales tax is worked out from your billing country and shown before you pay, so the amount on the final step is the amount charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the app or by email. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you're not charged again. Your interviews and recordings stay where they are.
Read the refund policyCan I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. It's a full refund if you've used a quarter or less of the month's interviews, and a refund of the unused share otherwise. Renewals are refundable if something went wrong on our side.

Never. Candidates open a private link and record in the browser on a laptop or phone. No account, no app, no payment, on any plan.
