At the top of a candidate's interview:
- Shortlist to take them to the next round.
- Reject if they're not going forward. You're asked to confirm, because it can't be undone.
- … → Mark as under review to show your team it's being looked at.
Neither shortlisting nor rejecting sends anything to the candidate. Let them know yourself, and do it promptly.
Not sure yet? Leave them at Completed or Under review and come back once everyone has rated.
