Share answers with someone outside your team

Send a hiring manager or client a link to watch a candidate's answers, with no account. It closes after 3 to 30 days.

  1. Open the candidate's interview and click Share.
  2. Under Link stays open for, choose 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.
  3. Click Create link, then Copy, and send it however you like.

What they see

  • The candidate's answers, to watch. No account needed.
  • Not your team's ratings or notes, and not the candidate's email address.
  • They can't rate or leave feedback. Ask them to reply to you directly.

Click Turn off link in the same dialog to close it early. After it closes, anyone opening it sees "This review link is no longer open". Each interview has one active link at a time.
