Open an interview
When a candidate submits, you get an email and a notification. Open it from there, from Needs attention on the dashboard, or from Interviews (filter by Completed).
Watch
- One answer at a time, with the question above it.
- Speed from 0.5× to 2×. Your speed and volume are remembered in this browser.
- Move between questions with ← and →, or j (next) and k (previous). See Keyboard shortcuts.
If the candidate switched away from the interview tab while answering, the answer is flagged so you know.
Then rate it
Use the side panel to rate each answer and give an overall verdict. See Rate answers and recommend.
Feedback opens once the candidate has submitted. Videos play through private links that expire after an hour and refresh on their own while you watch.
