Which events notify your team by email and in the app, and how an admin turns them on or off.

Each event goes to everyone on your team, both by email and in the bell at the top of the app. Recording failed is sent if no video has arrived two hours after a candidate started recording an answer.

Turn events on or off

An Admin can change these for the whole company under Settings → Notifications. Turning an event off stops both the email and the bell item. There are no per-person settings. The same page controls the candidate reminder and submission emails.
