You closed the tab or reloaded
Open your invite link again in the same browser on the same device. You'll see Continue interview and pick up at the question you were on. Answers you finished are kept.
Your connection dropped
A banner tells you you're offline. Wait for it to clear before moving on.
A recording failed
If you see Recording stopped, click Try again to record that answer from the start, or Refresh page and continue.
Ran out of time because of a technical problem? Reply to the employer's invite email and explain. They can give you a later deadline.
