Only people in your company can see your jobs, candidates and recordings.
Videos sit in private storage. They play through links that expire after an hour, so a copied video URL stops working.
A share link shows answers only, to anyone who has it, until it closes or you turn it off.
Candidates never see your ratings or notes.

When you invite candidates, your company decides why their data is collected and how long it's needed. Tell candidates how you'll use their recording and how long you'll keep it.
